General Information

Unless otherwise stated, the breaks offered are "Group Breaks". This means you will only receive cards from the teams assigned to you. It is possible that you may receive many cards, or in the worst case, none. There is no guarantee of specific hits or content. The respective manufacturer (e.g., Panini) is responsible for production defects. By purchasing a spot, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Date and Procedure

As soon as a break is completely sold out and paid for, the date and time will be announced. The break will take place live on Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/pol_e_breaks

The announcement of the date will be made via: https://www.instagram.com/pol_e_breaks/ and https://www.instagram.com/oneofonecards_switzerland/

Should there be any short-notice changes (e.g., technical problems), we reserve the right to postpone the break.

Break Format

In a Pick One, Get One Break, you choose one team and additionally receive a random team, which will be assigned live via random.org.

Team Assignment and Procedure

Randomization will be transparently conducted live in the stream. Participant names and teams will be displayed before the break. In case of technical problems, we reserve the right to repeat the draw.

Team Swap

After randomization, there will be a brief opportunity to swap teams in the Twitch chat, provided both parties agree.

Shipping and Packaging

Autograph, memorabilia, and high-value cards will be protected in sleeves and top loaders. All other cards will be securely packaged.

Shipping costs: Switzerland and Germany CHF 9.–, other European countries upon request.

Storage of cards and combined shipping is possible.

Shipping for Germany & Europe

Participants outside of Switzerland are requested to state their country of participation and provide their correct address in the "Special Order Instructions" field in the shopping cart.

Please enter your Instagram or Twitch name (if available) in the "Special Order Instructions" field so that we can clearly identify you.

Further Regulations

Cards without a clear team will be fairly assigned (active team or longest affiliation). Cards without team affiliation or with multiple teams will be randomized live. Points or similar content will also be fairly distributed among all participants.

Missing content or expired redemptions are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Liability and Miscellaneous

We are not liable for damages or losses during shipping by the shipping service provider. Should a break not fill, it will be canceled, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

Important Note

Since Shopify does not allow for an automatic limit on exact spots (for break modes such as Pick One Get One or Pick One Get Two, as well as 1 Random Bottom, and 1 Random Top), OneofOneCards reserves the right to cancel orders exceeding the available quantity.
